Duo Pockets can be used as an All-in-2 diaper, or a pocket diaper. For newborns or frequent changing, choose an absorbent insert and lay inside diaper. When changing, often times the diaper can be re-used by just replacing the insert. 

For night time and heavy wetters, You can get custom absorbancy by stuffing the diaper with your choice of inserts and custom fit by using the four rows of snaps on each side, seperating tummy and thigh adjustments.

Bamboo inserts are very trim, but extremely absorbent. They are soft, breathable, and antibacterial. They absorb 3-4 more times than cotton and don't feel sticky or uncomfortable when wet.
